摘要
本文对金融支持玉屏油茶产业发展的做法和成效进行了分析,认为以支持行业国有企业为主体,农户自主(合作、股份)经营为辅,创新产业扶贫信贷、科技支撑创新服务、产业扶贫模式,并实施产业保险,是玉屏油茶产业扶贫模式取得成功的主要经验。
In this paper,the practice and effect of financial support for the development of Yuping Camellia oleifera industry were analyzed.The results showed that the success of Yuping Camellia oleifera Industry poverty alleviation model was mainly based on supporting industry state-owned enterprises,supplemented by farmers'independent(cooperation,joint-stock)operation,innovating industrial poverty alleviation credit,science and technology support,innovative service,industrial poverty alleviation mode,and implementation of industrial insurance.
