浅议册亨县脱贫攻坚党建+林业扶贫“贵州模式”及建议

Discussion and Suggestions on“Guizhou model”of Party Building and Forestry Poverty Alleviation in Ceheng County

贵州省林业局在助推深度贫困县册亨县减贫摘帽进程中,充分发挥基层党组织作用,采取生态保护、生态项目、特色产业、智力培训、生态移民等扶贫措施,探索贵州山区贫困县生态脱贫的有效路径,逐步形成了党建+林业生态综合建设扶贫“贵州模式”。为确保“贵州模式”持续发力和完善,确保册亨稳定脱贫奔小康,本文提出了进一步优化林业空间布局和林业产业结构等建议意见,以完善生态扶贫综合模式。

In the process of boosting poverty alleviation in Ceheng County,Guizhou Forestry Bureau has given full play to the role of grass-roots party organizations,and has taken such poverty alleviation measures as ecological protection,ecological projects,characteristic industries,intellectual training and ecological migration,and explored the effective path of ecological poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken counties in Guizhou mountainous areas,and gradually formed the"Guizhou mode"of Party building and poverty alleviation in forestry ecological comprehensive construction.In order to ensure the sustainable development and improvement of the“Guizhou model”and ensure Ceheng to get rid of poverty,some suggestions on further optimizing the forestry spatial layout and forestry industrial structure were put forward,so as to improve the comprehensive mode of ecological poverty alleviation.
