天麻素注射液联合小牛血清去蛋白治疗脑梗死的效果及对血清PTX3和BDNF水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究并分析天麻素注射液联合小牛血清去蛋白治疗脑梗死患者的效果及对血清正五聚蛋白3(PTX3)和脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平的影响。方法选取急性缺血性脑卒中患者105例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(52例)和观察组(53例),对照组采用小牛血清去蛋白治疗,观察组采用天麻素注射液联合小牛血清去蛋白治疗。观察并记录2组患者的一般资料、治疗效果[治疗前、治疗后1个月和治疗后3个月的肢体功能及神经功能缺损(NDF)评分]以及治疗前、治疗后1周、治疗后1个月患者血清PTX3和BDNF水平。结果2组患者肢体功能组间、多时间点之间,组间、多时间点之间比较差异均有统计学意义(F=13.13,P=0.000;F=10.32,P=0.001;F=12.12,P=0.000),治疗后2组患者肢体功能均有所改善(P<0.05),治疗后3个月观察组患者肢体功能显著优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者NIHSS评分比较差异均有统计学意义(F=19.53,P=0.000;F=122.36,P=0.001;F=5.56,P=0.004),治疗后2组患者NIHSS评分均有所改善(P<0.05),治疗后3个月观察组患者NIHSS评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者NDF评分比较差异均有统计学意义(F=11.13,P=0.000;F=8.32,P=0.003;F=10.12,P=0.000),治疗后2组患者NDF评分均有所下降(P<0.05),治疗后3个月观察组患者NDF评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者PTX3比较差异有统计学意义(F=13.24,P=0.000;F=9.53,P=0.001;F=11.24,P=0.000),治疗后2组患者PTX3均有所降低,治疗后1个月,观察组患者PTX3明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者BDNF比较差异有统计学意义(F=12.13,P=0.000;F=8.32,P=0.002;F=10.34,P=0.001),治疗后2组患者BDNF显著升高(P<0.05),治疗后1个月,观察组患者BDNF明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论天麻素注射液联合小牛血清去蛋白能有效改善脑梗死患者血清PTX3和BDNF水平,提高其治疗效果。 Objective To explore and analyze the effect of Gastrodin Injections combined with calf serum deproteinization in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients and the effect on serum pentamerin 3(PTX3)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)levels.Methods 105 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected and divided into control group(52 cases)and observation group(53 cases)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with calf serum deproteinization,while the observation group was treated with Gastrodin Injections and calf serum deproteinization.General information of patients of the 2 groups,therapeutic effects(limb function and NDF score before,1 month after and 3 months after treatment),serum PTX3 and BDNF levels of patients before,1 week after and 1 month after treatment were observed and recorded.Results There were significant differences in limb function between the 2 groups between groups,at multiple time points,between groups and at multiple time points(F=13.13,P=0.000;F=10.32,P=0.001;F=12.12,P=0.000).Limb function of the both groups improved after treatment(P<0.05).3 months after treatment,the limb function of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).NIHSS score showed marked difference(F=19.53,P=0.000;F=122.36,P=0.001;F=5.56,P=0.004).NIHSS score improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).3 months after treatment,the NIHSS score of observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).NDF score showed marked difference(F=11.13,P=0.000;F=8.32,P=0.003;F=10.12,P=0.000).The NDF score decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).3 months after treatment,the NDF score of observation group significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).PTX3 showed marked difference(F=13.24,P=0.000;F=9.53,P=0.001;F=11.24,P=0.000).PTX3 of both groups after treatment decreased.1 month after treatment,the PTX3 of observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).BDNF of the 2 groups sowed marked difference(F=12.13,P=0.000;F=8.32,P=0.002;F=10.34,P=0.001).The BDNF significantly increased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).1 month after treatment,BDNF of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastrodin Injections combined with calf serum deproteinization can effectively improve serum PTX3 and BDNF levels in patients with cerebral infarction and improve the therapeutic effect.
