摘要
通过对全国性网络问政平台人民网“地方领导留言板”中2008~2019年义务教育阶段的教师留言进行大数据分析,本文比较了不同编制身份的教师在留言数量、诉求内容及其演变趋势上的异同点,发现教师工资体制的差异会显著影响不同编制身份教师的诉求倾向,而随着时间的推移,公办教师对于公务员以及非公办教师对于公办教师的跨身份比较效应和全国不同区域之间的跨地区比较效应在逐渐增强,且相关的比较内容不断细化。本文建议健全我国机关事业单位的宏观工资调控机制,抑制过度的比较效应。
This study conducts big data analyses on teachers online demands on a national online public forum(Local Leadership Message Board,www.people.cn)from 2008 to early 2019.After comparing the amount,content,and trend of online demands between teachers of different identities in the stage of compulsory education,this study finds that the different salary systems significantly affect the tendency of demands of teacher with various identities.In time,the effect of cross-identity comparison between public teachers and civil servants as well as the comparison between non-public teachers and public teachers increase.Also,their cross-regional comparison gradually becomes significant.The content of comparison is continuously refined and detailed.This paper argues that the macro wage adjustment mechanism of government agencies and institutions should be improved to effectively curb the excessive comparison effect.
