摘要
卡车驱动桥壳生产工艺包括热冲压成形、冷冲压成形和机械扩胀成形。首钢根据桥壳的生产工艺研发了一系列轻质高强度桥壳用钢。热成形桥壳用钢经感应加热后,屈服强度最高达到了550 MPa。冷成形桥壳用钢具有优良的冷成形性能,屈服强度为420~600 MPa,14 mm及以下厚度的钢板冷冲压成形过程中不开裂。采用热轧态SQK750ZX钢板通过高频电阻焊工艺制作的焊管,适用于冷扩胀成形的桥壳,经调质处理后抗拉强度最高为750 MPa,可替代热扩胀成形的无缝钢管。
Processes manufacturing truck drive axle housing include hot forming,cold forming and mechanical bulging forming.According to the processes manufacturing axle housing,a series of lightweight high-strength steels reserved for axle housing have been developed in Shougang.After induction heating,yield strength of the steels to be hot-formed for axle housing was as high as 550 MPa.The steels used for axle housing to be cold-formed had excellent cold formability and yield strength ranging from 420 MPa to 600 MPa,and the steel plate up to 14 mm thick did not crack during cold-forming.The welded pipe made from hot-rolled steel plate(SQK750ZX)by a high frequency resistance welding was adaptable to produce axle housing formed by a cold-bulging process,exhibited maximum tensile strength of 750 MPa after quenching and tempering,being likely to replace seamless pipe which was formed by hot bulging technology.
