胰腺导管内管状乳头状肿瘤伴浸润性癌一例报道 被引量：1

摘要 胰腺导管内管状乳头状肿瘤是一种少见的胰管内病变,在临床表现及影像学特征上较难同胰腺导管内乳头状黏液瘤相鉴别。该文通过分析1例胰腺导管内管状乳头状肿瘤病例的临床病理特征并结合国内外文献复习以提高对该病的认识。
