摘要
该文设计了一款经济型交流伺服电机控制器,控制芯片采用STM32F103C8T6,利用定时器TIM1发送脉冲,定时器TIM4对编码器反馈脉冲进行计数;控制器与PC上位机采用USB转USART的方法进行数据通信,采用数字型增量式PID算法实现电机速度的闭环控制。实际测试结果表明,该控制器能够实现对交流伺服电机的控制,并且响应时间短,电机运行平稳。
An economical AC servo motor controller is designed.STM32F103C8T6 is used as the control chip.The pulse is sent by timer TIM1,and the feedback pulse is counted by timer TIM4.The controller communicates with the PC via the method of USB to USART,and the digital incremental PID algorithm is adopted to realize the closed-loop control of the motor speed.The actual test results show that the controller can successfully control AC servo motor with short response time and smooth motor ope-ration.
