摘要 针对现有瓦斯传感器数据传输方式单一、瓦斯浓度值易受影响的缺点,该文设计了一种具备有线和无线两种传输方式的瓦斯智能传感器,解决了特殊情况的瓦斯监控盲区。瓦斯测量部分采用主备用两条测量通道,计算得到瓦斯浓度值,让测量数据更接近真实值;同时设计了保护电路以保护气敏原件不因瓦斯浓度过大而损坏,实现了瓦斯的智能检测。 In view of the shortcomings of single data transmission mode and easily affected gas concentration measurement value of existing gas sensors,a gas intelligent sensor with wired and wireless transmission mode is designed to solve the blind area of gas monitoring in special cases.At the same time,the gas measurement part uses two main and standby measurement channels to calculate the gas concentration value,so that the measurement data is closer to the real value.At the same time,the protection circuit is designed to protect the gas sensor from being damaged by excessive gas concentration,and the intelligent detection of gas is realized.
