废轮胎热解炭制备碳化硅的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以废轮胎热解炭与石英粉为原料,通过高温碳热反应制备出碳化硅。考察了温度和时间对生成碳化硅的影响,采用X射线衍射、红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜对制备的碳化硅进行了表征。结果表明:温度和时间对合成碳化硅有显著影响,1300℃时即可生成β-SiC,但反应缓慢,300 min后产物中仍有大量原料未反应;当温度升到1520℃、反应180 min时,大部分原料已转化为SiC,而反应300 min时,可使合成SiC的反应趋于完全,产物由粒径为100~200 nm的小颗粒聚集而成。 Silicon carbide was prepared from waste tire char and quartz powder by the high-temperature carbothermal reaction.The effect of temperature and time on the formation of SiC was investigated.The synthesized SiC was characterized by X-ray diffraction,infrared spectrum and scanning electron microscope.The results show that temperature and time have a significant effect on the synthesis of SiC.β-SiC is formed at 1300℃,but the reaction is slow.After 300 min,most of materials are still unreacted.When the temperature rises to 1520℃and the reaction time is 180 min,most of the raw materials have been converted to SiC.After 300 min,the reaction of SiC synthesis tends to be complete,and the product is composed of small particles with a particle size of 100-200 nm.
