基于田口方法研究风化对钢化玻璃抗冲蚀性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用田口方法对钢化玻璃的冲蚀试验进行设计,对钢化玻璃进行风化及冲蚀试验,分析对比风化前后钢化玻璃在各影响因素下的冲蚀规律。采用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)分析钢化玻璃风化和冲蚀前后表面形貌及化学元素含量的变化情况。由各影响因素对信噪比的贡献率可知,各因素对钢化玻璃冲蚀性能影响程度从大到小为冲蚀角度、冲蚀速度、沙流量。钢化玻璃风化后在低冲蚀角度时受沙粒切削作用影响增强,在高冲蚀角度时受裂纹叠加作用影响减小,冲蚀角度对信噪比的贡献率在风化后减少5.8%。钢化玻璃风化后对冲蚀速度的敏感性提高,冲蚀速度对信噪比的贡献率在风化后增大7.2%。沙流量对信噪比的贡献率在风化前后差异较小。 The erosion test of toughened glass was designed by Taguchi method and the weathering and erosion tests of toughened glass were carried out to analyze the erosion rules of weathered and unweathered toughened glass with various influence factors.SEM and EDS were used to analyze the changes in surface morphology and chemical element content of weathered and unweathered toughened glass.It can be seen from the contribution rate of various influence factors to S/N ratio that the degree of main factors affecting the erosion performance of toughened glass are impact angle,impact velocity and sand discharge from large to small.Weathered toughened glass is more affected by sand cutting at low impact angle,less affected by crack superposition at high impact angle,and the contribution rate of impact angle to S/N ratio decreases by 5.8%after weathering.The sensitivity of weathered toughened glass to impact velocity increases and the contribution rate of impact velocity to S/N ratio increases by 7.2%after weathering.The contribution rate of sand discharge to S/N ratio has little difference before and after weathering.
