高校课程教学资源向社会开放的困境与出路——基于北京高校和社会的调研数据 被引量:2

摘要 高校课程教学资源具有准公共产品属性,合理适切开放不仅能满足社会知识文化需求,同时能增强高校自身影响力,因此当从全面化角度探讨其开放进程。在分析国内外高校课程教学资源开放的理论研究及实践现状基础上,选取北京地区10所典型高校和300名社会个体进行实地调研,发现当前高校课程教学资源开放进程在项目类别、途径场所、受众群体、需求导向等方面存在问题和困境,为此应采取侧重实用教学内容、细化资源类型、加大政策资金扶持力度、与时俱进地创设和维护开放平台、提升教师专业素养、强化宣传舆论导向等措施,以进一步提高高校课程教学资源开放成效。 The educational resources in colleges and universities have the quasi-public product attributes.Reasonable and appropriate opening of the resources can not only meet the social needs,but also enhance the influence of universities themselves.Therefore,it should be discussed from a comprehensive perspective about the opening of educational resources.Based on analyzing the present situation and typical characteristics of the educational resources at home and abroad,this paper selected 10 typical colleges,universities and 300 social individuals in Beijing area to carry out field research.It is found that there are problems in the content category,the ways,the audience,the demand orientation in the process of opening the educational resources.It needs to offer more practical teaching content,refine types and contents of resources,strengthen the supporting policy and increase investment,create and maintain the educational platform with modern technology,enhance the professional quality of teachers,and guide the public opinion,to promote the effectiveness of opening the educational resources.
