补肾活血方联合坦索罗辛治疗前列腺增生症的效果观察

Effects of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation treatment combined with tamsulosin on patients with prostatic hyperplasia

目的探讨分析补肾活血方联合坦索罗辛治疗前列腺增生症的临床效果。方法抽取2017年1月至2020年1月于解放军第九八八医院就诊的96例前列腺增生症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=48)与对照组(n=48);对照组予以坦索罗辛治疗,研究组在对照组的治疗基础上联合使用中药补肾活血方治疗。观察并比较两组的临床疗效、各中医症状评分、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)评分、生活质量评分(QOLS)及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的总有效率为91.67%(44/48),高于对照组的77.08%(37/48),χ^2=14.672,P<0.05。治疗前,研究组与对照组各中医症状评分、IPSS及QOLS评分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各中医症状评分、IPSS及QOLS评分较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(8.33%,4/48)与对照组(6.25%,3/48)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对前列腺增生症患者采取补肾活血方联合坦索罗辛治疗,可增强治疗效果,有效改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effects of the tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation treatment combined with tamsulosin on patients with prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 96 patients with prostatic hyperplasia who were treated in the 988th Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.And they were divided into study group(n=48)and control group(n=48)by random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated by tamsulosin,and patients in the study group were treated by the tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation treatment on the basis of treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms,International Prostate Symptom Sore(IPSS),Quality of Life Scale(QOLS)scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 91.67%(44/48),which was significantly higher than the 77.08%(37/48)in the control group(χ^2=14.672,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of TCM symptoms,IPSS and QOLS scores between the study group and control group before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,IPSS and QOLS scores of the two groups decreased,and these scores of study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.33%(4/48),which was not significantly different from the 6.25%(3/48)in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation treatment combined with tamsulosin in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia can enhance the therapeutic effects,effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,with high safety.
