艾司西酞普兰联合认知行为疗法治疗老年抑郁症的效果

Efficacy of escitalopram combined with cognitive behavior therapy in the treatment of geriatric depression

目的探讨艾司西酞普兰联合认知行为疗法治疗老年抑郁症的效果。方法抽取2016年1月至2018年10月山西医科大学第二医院收治的老年抑郁症患者93例,依据治疗方法分为对照组(46例)与观察组(47例),对照组给予艾司西酞普兰治疗,观察组给予艾司西酞普兰联合认知行为疗法。记录并比较两组临床疗效、不良反应、生活质量。结果治疗7个月,观察组总有效率为95.74%(45/47)的高于对照组的76.08%(35/46),观察组不良反应占比12.76%(6/47),低于对照组的45.65%(21/46)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论艾司西酞普兰联合认知行为疗法治疗老年抑郁症可提高临床疗效,减少不良反应,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of escitalopram combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in the treatment of geriatric depression.Methods A total of 93 patients with geriatric depression admitted to Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled and divided into the observation group(47 cases)and the control group(46 cases)by treatment method.The control group received escitalopram,and the observation group was treated with escitalopram and cognitive behavioral therapy.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and quality of life of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results After 7 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.74%(45/47),which was higher than 76.08%(35/46)of the control group.The proportion of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.76%(6/47),which was lower than 45.65%(21/46)in the control group,and the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Escitalopram combined with cognitive behavioral therapy for geriatric depression can improve clinical efficacy,reduce adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients.
