摘要
目的研究低剂量右美托咪定辅助麻醉对胸腰椎骨折手术患者血流动力学及苏醒质量的影响。方法抽取2018年1月至2019年11月商丘市第四人民医院收治的胸腰椎骨折患者70例,依据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组使用高剂量右美托咪定进行辅助麻醉,观察组使用低剂量右美托咪定进行辅助麻醉。对比分析两组患者术中血流动力学变化情况。研究两组患者的苏醒质量及不良反应发生情况。结果 T0、T1、T2、T3、T4时,两组心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平比较,差异均未见统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术结束至拔管时间及苏醒时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在胸腰椎骨折手术中使用低剂量右美托咪定辅助麻醉,能够有效维持血流动力学参数稳定,显著缩短拔管时间及苏醒时间。
Objective To study the effect of low-dose dexmedetomidine assisted anesthesia on hemodynamics and recovery quality in patients undergoing surgery for thoracolumbar vertebral fracture.Methods A total of 70 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fracture in the Fourth People's Hospital of Shangqiu from January 2018 to November 2019 were divided,and were clirided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 35 cases in each group.Control group was given high-dose dexmedetomidine assisted anesthesia,and observation group was given low-dose dexmedetomidine assisted anesthesia.The changes of intraoperative hemodynamics were compared between two groups,and the recovery quality and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups was observed.Results There was no statistical difference in heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic pressure(DBP)between two groups at T0,T1,T2,T3,T4(P>0.05);the time from the end of surgery to extubation and recovery time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05);there were no statistical differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Low-dose dexmedetomidine assisted anesthesia during surgery for thoracolumbar vertebral fracture can maintain the stability of hemodynamic parameters,shorten extubation time and recovery time.
