参麦兰苓汤辅助利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的效果观察

Effect of shenmai lanling decoction with liraglutide on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and non-alcoholic fatty liver

目的探讨参麦兰苓汤辅助利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的临床效果。方法抽取2018年4月至2019年12月忻州市人民医院收治的T2DM合并NAFLD患者126例,以计算机生成的随机数字表将患者分为对照组和联合组,每组63例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予利拉鲁肽,联合组给予参麦兰苓汤辅助利拉鲁肽,均治疗3个月。记录并比较两组中医证候疗效、糖脂代谢指标、肝纤维化指标、肝脏脂肪含量。结果联合组总有效率(92.06%,58/63)高于对照组(77.78%,49/63),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.020,P=0.025)。治疗3个月,联合组糖脂代谢指标、肝纤维化指标、肝脏脂肪含量改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参麦兰苓汤辅助利拉鲁肽治疗T2DM合并NAFLD效果显著,其可有效调控血糖、血脂水平,改善肝纤维化状态,降低肝脏脂肪含量。

Objective To investigate the effect of shenmai lanling decoction assisted by liraglutide on patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)and non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFLD).Methods A total of 126 patients with T2DM and NAFLD in Xinzhou People’s Hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected,and the patients were divided into combination group and control group by computer-generated random number table,with 63 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was given liraglutide,and the combined group was given shenmai lanling decoction plus liraglutide,and both were treated for 3 months.The efficacy of TCM syndromes and glucose and lipid metabolism indicators liver fibrosis index levels,and liver fat content were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was 92.06%(58/63),which was higher than 77.78%(49/63)of the control group(χ2=5.020,P=0.025).After 3 months of treatment,the glycolipid metabolism,liver fibrosis indicators and liver fat content of the combined group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Shenmailanling decoction assisted liraglutide in the treatment of patients with T2DM and NAFLD has significant clinical effects,which can effectively regulate blood sugar and blood lipid levels,and can improve liver fibrosis and reducing liver fat content.
