摘要 以"促胰液素的发现"为例,采取论证式教学策略,围绕"胰液分泌是一个神经反射→胰液分泌是一个化学调节的过程→胰液分泌既是一个神经反射(神经调节),又有化学调节过程(激素调节)"这三个主张,让学生模仿科学家工作的范式,在提出质疑、收集资料、寻找证据、捍卫主张、讨论与分享中习得生物学知识,发展科学思维,感悟科学精神。
