摘要
目的利用便携式核酸分析仪对25株鼠疫菌进行检测,探讨其在鼠疫检测中的应用。方法用鼠疫ca F1和chr 0392基因试剂组对青海省25株鼠疫菌进行核酸扩增实验,在仪器显示屏上读取结果。结果可在便携式核酸分析仪显示屏上读取实验结果,阳性对照和阴性对照均成立;对25株鼠疫菌核酸扩增结果均为阳性。结论便携式核酸分析仪可用于鼠疫检验工作,是一种快速、简便、适合基层单位使用的鼠疫核酸检测方法。
Objective To explore the application of portable nucleic acid analyzer in plague detection by detecting 25 strains of Yersinia pestis.Methods Totally,25 strains of Yersinia pestis from Qinghai Province were amplified by gene reagents of pestis ca F1 and chr 0392,and its results were read on the screen of the instrument.Results The results could be read on the display screen of portable nucleic acid analyzer.The positive control and negative control were significant.The results of nucleic acid amplification of 25 strains of Yersinia pestis were positive.Conclusion Portable nucleic acid analyzer can be used in plague detection,which is a rapid,easy and suitable method for grass-roots units.
