摘要
介绍了振动时效消除残余应力的国内外现状,分析了焊接残余应力的产生机理和振动时效消除残余应力原理。应用ansys有限元分析软件,对环形金属箍构件进行模态分析和谐响应分析,确定了试件最佳激振位置,并在此基础上对试件进行振动时效研究,验证了该方法的有效性。从激振试验得出,当在焊接肋集中区的外板表面进行时效处理时,焊接残余应力削减率达到60%,远高于采用激振平台进行时效处理的40%的焊接残余应力消减率,为军工企业实际工程振动时效处理工艺提供了理论指导和试验参考。
This paper presents the domestic and international status of vibration relief of residual stress, and analyzes the mechanism of welding residual stress and the principle of relief of residual stress by vibration. Through the software ANSYS, harmonic modal analysis and special cuff welded portion is subjected to analysis in response,and the best excitation position of the test piece is determined.Based on this analysis, the vibration relief study of the test piece is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the method. The vibration test shows that when the vibration exciter is clamped on the rib and the outer plate position of the welding concentration zone, the reduction rate of welding residual stress is up to 60%, much higher than 40% stress reduction rate of the relief treatment of the excitation platform. This study provides a guidance and reference for the actual engineering vibration relief treatment of military enterprise.
