有关增塑剂间歇法汽提物料易酸值升高原因及对策

摘要 不同的增塑剂产品对酸值指标要求不同,分析了间歇法汽提工艺存在的返酸问题。改变中和水洗工序等操作虽然在一定程度上可以抑制返酸,但最有效的抑制返酸的方法是间歇生产时汽提系统采用过热蒸汽和缩短汽提时间;而将汽提系统改为连续化,即使在非过热蒸汽下仍然可以有效地解决增塑剂返酸的问题。 Different acid values are required for various plasticizer products.In this regard,we first analyzed how acid reflux occurs in the batch stripping process.Some measures like to change neutralization and washing process will possibly inhibit the acid reflux to certain degree,but the most efficient inhibition should be adopting superheated steam and shortening the stripping time.And we also found that the improved continuous stripping process would still be efficient to solve such issues under non superheated steam.
