Chinese President Xi Jinping announced that China's third-generation BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS-3)has been Completed and started providing full-scale global services at a ceremony at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on July 31,2020.It is a milestone that marks the open,compatible Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)constructed by China independently will offer services for global users and beneft all mankind.
