Wu Bingmei,Deputy Secretary-General of China Communications Standards Association(CCSA)and senior engineer,has long been engaged in the standardization research on communications.She has profound knowledge of development status and trends of standardization in the area in China and abroad.She has accomplished a number of major research projects on the systems,mechanisms and operation of national or sectoral standards.
