超声引导L5/S1蛛网膜下腔阻滞用于髋部手术老年患者的效果 被引量:4

Efficacy of ultrasound-guided L5/S1 subarachnoid block in elderly patients undergoing hip surgery

摘要 传统椎管内麻醉依靠体表解剖标记定位,受患者体位、穿刺部位软组织厚度及解剖因素影响,易出现定位不准确、穿刺不顺利以及异感等不良情况,增加了麻醉风险。L5/S1椎间隙由于体表定位困难,一般不作为传统蛛网膜下腔阻滞的穿刺点。但L5/S1椎间隙相对较宽且体位对其影响较小,使其成为部分老年患者下肢手术最佳甚至唯一选择的穿刺位点。超声技术可清楚定位穿刺点、显示穿刺针路径以及药液扩散情况,提高了穿刺安全性和成功率。因此,本研究通过回顾性分析本院自2017年1月至6月实施的超声引导下L5/S1蛛网膜下腔阻滞用于老年髋部手术患者的效果,为临床提供参考。
