建筑施工是一项多工种、多专业的复杂的系统工程,期间很多因素不可控,要想使项目按预期计划执行,必然少不了科学以及信息化的管理。面对今年建筑施工企业事故的频发,质量控制与安全责任制落实更是警醒着施工企业,对于施工企业来说,联营项目的质量与安全管理更是难上加难,业主方、劳务分包方都是为了利益先行,国有企业与私企合作规避质量与安全责任成为重中之重。本文对建设工程质量和安全问题形成的原因做出应对措施及控制。

The construction process is a kind of complex systematic engineering involved multiple jobs and multiple professions;many factors in the processes are uncontrollable.In order to project implementation according to expected plan,scientific and informatized management is indispensable.Facing frequent accidents happened in construction enterprises this year,implementation of quality control and security responsibility has alerted consiruction enterprises.Toth em,quality control and security management of joint operation projects are more difficult.Proprietor,labor subcontractor parties all for their own benefits,avoiding responsibility for quality and safety in cooperation between state owned and private enterprises has become the priority among priorities.The paper has worked out corresponding control measures to combat construction engineering quality and security issues have been formed.
