摘要
主要讨论开孔碳纤维复合材料层压板线性屈曲性能。具体通过有限元方法数值分析孔态等因素对复合材料层压板抗屈曲的影响。结果表明,铺层角度会显著影响屈曲因子以及屈曲模态的离面位移,而增加孔的直径、沉孔形式以及增加沉孔角都会不利于碳纤维层压板的屈曲性能。
The linear buckling performance of carbon fiber composite laminates with a hole was mainly discussed.The effect of hole state and other factors on the resistance to buckling of composite laminate was analyzed numerically by finite element method.The results show that the lay-up angles significantly affect the buckling factor and the off-plane displacement of the buckling modes.However,increasing the diameter of the hole,the form of the sinking hole and the angle of the sinking hole will not be conducive to the buckling performance of the carbon fiber laminates.
