摘要 以铝溶胶作为外掺物质,研究了不同掺量铝溶胶对水泥基复合材料流动度、力学性能、耐磨性能的影响,并分别对其机制进行了分析。试验结果表明:随着铝溶胶掺量的增加,水泥基复合材料流动度逐渐降低,当铝溶胶质量分数为3%时,振动后几乎无流动度;在不同龄期下,试件的抗折及抗压强度随着铝溶胶掺量的增加总体表现为先增加后降低,当铝溶胶质量分数在2%左右时,水泥基复合材料抗折及抗压强度均达到最佳;在铝溶胶质量分数为3%时,试件的耐磨性能显著增强。 The effect of different content of aluminum sol on the fluidity,mechanical properties and wear resistance of cement-based composite was studied,and the mechanism was analyzed.The experimental results show that the fluidity of cement-based composite decreases with the increase of the content of aluminum sol.When the content of aluminum sol is 3%,there is almost no fluidity after vibration.At different age,the flexural strength and compressive strength of the sample increase first and then decrease with the increase of the content of aluminum sol.When the content of aluminum sol is about 2%,the flexural strength of cement-based composite decreases.When the mass fraction of aluminsol is 3%,the wear resistance of the specimens is enhanced significantly.
