Polyurethane-based paper honeycomb composite(PHC)is widely used in car trunk floor,but the fabric delamination problem often occurs in the production process.The five influence factors of adhesive properties and application process,PHC board surface state,fabric hardness,lamination process were analyzed,then the solutions to the fabric delamination problem of PHC trunk floor were given.
