新中国成立70年,人民观的发展显示出其历史必然性,主要是马克思主义唯物史观的根本要求、建设服务型政党的现实需要、丰富和完善党的自身建设的内在要求。70年来,人民观的发展主要经历了社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放新时期、中国特色社会主义新时代等几个重要的发展阶段。经过70年的发展,党的人民观创造性地取得了一系列基本经验:必须坚持中国共产党的领导;必须坚持人民至上理念;必须巩固人民当家作主地位;必须激发人民的创造精神;必须着力实现人的自由全面发展。这些宝贵经验为新时代党的人民观的创新发展提供了重要的理论和实践指导。

In the 70 years following the founding of the PRC,the development of the people-oriented thoughts shows its historical inevitability as determined by the basic requirements of Marxist historical materialism,the practical needs of building a service-oriented CPC and the internal requirements of enriching and improving the CPC’s own development.In the 70 years’development of the PRC,the people-oriented thoughts has experienced several important development stages,such as the period of socialist revolution and construction,the period of reform and opening-up,and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.After 70 years of development,the people-oriented thoughts have creatively gained a series of basic experiences:We must adhere to the leadership of the CPC,adhere to people first the concept,consolidate the position of the people as the master of the country,inspire the people’s creative spirit;We must strive to realize the free and all-round development of the people.These valuable experiences provide important theoretical and practical guidance for the innovative development of the people-oriented thoughts in the new era.
