摘要
中国共产党将马克思主义理论与中国国情相结合,始终重视意识形态的价值引导作用,强调意识形态工作是极端重要的工作。结合我国意识形态工作发展脉络,归纳其具体内容包括巩固马克思主义的指导思想和全党全国人民共同的思想基础,维护党的领导地位,对国外渗透思潮的抵御和争锋,对人民群众的宣传和引导,以及对“五位一体”总体布局的服务和促进。意识形态工作内容是通过权力运行而推进完成的。在权力特征上体现双重特性,既有基于国家权力的阶级性和强制性,同时由于意识形态工作含有理论构建、宣传和教育等内容,其权力在运行中又带有柔性特征;在权力类型上分为领导权、管理权和话语权,三种权力有共同目标又在权力内涵、运行层面和作用效果等要素上有所不同;在权力结构上,领导权、管理权和话语权之间体现出“基础和目标(双重)—执行过程—形式体现”的逻辑关系,构成平衡完整的结构体系。
Applying Marxist theory to China’s conditions,the Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the guiding role of ideology,and emphasizes that ideological work is extremely important.Its specific contents include consolidating the ideology of Marxism and the common ideological foundation of the Party and the people,safeguarding the leading position of the Party,resisting the permeation of foreign thoughts,guiding the people,and promoting the ideology to help the construction of economy,politics,culture,society and ecological civilization.The contents of ideological work are promoted through the operation of power.In terms of power characteristics,it reflects the class nature and mandatory strength based on state power.At the same time,because it contains theoretical construction,publicity and education,ideological work also reflects characteristics of flexibility in its operation process;In terms of power type,it is divided into leadership power,management power and discourse power.The three powers have common goals but they differ in therms of their connotations,operational levels and functional effects;Regarding power structure,a logical relationship of“foundation and goal(dual)-execution process-expression form”can be obserred among the three powers of leadership and management and discourse,which constitutes a balanced and complete structural system.
