摘要
介绍了首钢京唐5500 m^3高炉降料面实践。前期通过制定科学详细的作业计划,并认真细致地安排准备工作,降料面过程中通过合理控制风量、顶压、炉顶打水量等重要参数,实现了迅速安全地降料面作业。降料面过程中风量风压基本平稳,未发生管道、悬料及爆震现象,可为其它同类型高炉降料面工作提供借鉴。
This paper introduces the practice of safe burden reduction of 5500 m^3 BF in Shougang.In the early stage,through the scientific operation plan and careful preparation work,the rapid and safe lowering charge level is realized by reasonably controlling the important parameters such as air volume,top pressure and top water pumping volume.The results show that the air volume and pressure are basically stable in the process of lowering charging level without pipe,suspended material and detonation phenomenon,which can provide reference for other similar blast furnace.
