摘要
综述了带钢涂镀新技术和新工艺的发展方向。重点介绍了真空物理气相沉积技术、喷墨打印技术和超高耐腐蚀锌铝镁镀层等先进技术的研发和应用进展,并对其他带钢涂镀新技术进行了梳理。认为未来带钢涂镀产品加工过程应结合人工智能、金属学、真空技术、薄膜物理、机械设计制造、自动控制等多学科先进技术,满足不断发展的市场需求。
The development trend of new coating technology and process for strip steel is summarized.The development and application progress of advanced technologies,such as vacuum physical vapor deposition technology,ink-jet printing technology and ultra-high corrosion resistance zinc aluminum magnesium coating,are emphatically introduced,and other new coating technologies for strip steel are summarized.It is considered that the processing process of coated strip products should be combined with the advanced multi-disciplinary technologies in the future such as artificial intelligence,metallurgy,vacuum technology,film physics,mechanical design and manufacturing,and automatic control to meet the continuous development of market demand.
