摘要
针对传统夹套式荒煤气余热回收装置底部焊缝易开裂,漏水到炭化室,导致炉墙耐火砖损坏的问题,研究开发了盘管式新型HYWHR荒煤气热换器。介绍了盘管式炼焦荒煤气换热器的工艺原理、结构组成、设计特点以及在柳钢焦化厂荒煤气余热回收项目中的运行效果。运行结果证明:与夹套式荒煤气换热器相比,HYWHR换热器在结构设计和用材方面,安全性和抗干烧性好,换热效率和可控性高,推广应用前景好。
The welding seam at the bottom of the traditional jacketed waste raw gas heat recovery device is easy to crack,and the water leaks to the carbonization chamber,resulting in the damage of the furnace wall firebrick.Therefore,a new type of coiled raw gas heat exchanger-HYWHR was developed.This paper introduces the process principle,structure composition,design features of the new heat exchanger and its operation effect in waste gas waste heat recovery project of Liusteel coking plant.The operation results show that,compared with the jacketed raw gas heat exchanger,the HYWHR heat exchanger has good safety and dry burning resistance,high heat exchange efficiency and controllability in terms of structural design and materials,which has a good prospect of popularization and application.
