摘要
介绍了钢渣处理方式及现状。针对传统有压热焖工艺处理后钢渣粒度大、热焖不透且水分含量高的问题,优化了水冷控制方案。采用递减终断式水冷热焖工艺处理钢渣后,钢渣中的f-CaO含量<2%,钢渣粒度<20 mm的达到70%以上,实现了钢和渣的充分剥离,为钢渣资源化循环利用打下良好基础。
The treatment methods and present situation of steel slag are introduced.The water cooling control scheme was optimized so as to solve the problems of large particle size,impervious and high moisture content of steel slag treated by traditional pressurized hot stewing process,after the slag is treated by the decreasing final breaking water-cooled hot stewing process,the content of f-CaO in the slag is less than 2%,and the slag particle size less than 20 mm is more than 70%,which realizes the full stripping of steel and slag,laying a good foundation for the recycling of steel slag.
