城市商务区周边旧居民楼立面的优化设计探究

Exploration on optimization of the elevation design of old residential buildings around the urban business district

当前国内大、中型城市中的商务区建筑基本以现代化、国际化的形象直观展示城市的发展实力。然而也存在着商务区建筑与无法拆除的旧居民楼毗邻的不协调景象。新旧建筑共存中的立面视觉差异已成为城市规划建设发展中急待解决的难题。针对旧居民楼立面结构分析、建筑立面材料分析,探索出优化设计的具体方法,为缩短与商务建筑之间的视觉差异改善城市形象提供可行性方案建议。

This paper studies and analyses,the business district buildings in large and medium-sized cities in China basically display the development strength of the city in a modern and international image.However,there is also an incongruous scene of the business district buildings adjacent to the old residential buildings which cannot be demolished.The visual difference of facade between old and new buildings has become an urgent problem in urban planning and construction.Based on the analysis of the facade structure of old residential buildings and the material of building facades,the specific methods of optimizing the design are explored to provide feasible suggestions for shortening the visual difference between commercial buildings and improving the city image.
