混凝土建筑模块化体系的设计研究与应用

Design research and application of modularization system of concrete building

近年来随着住宅产业化的不断推进,装配式建筑的体系不断改进,以我国香港某8层福利服务综合大楼为背景,对混凝土模块化建筑体系的设计和应用进行探索,针对混凝土模块之间的连接、混凝土模块与框架梁和剪力墙的连接,提出一种新式连接构造,实现了混凝土模块化之间的可靠连接,为模块化建筑的推广与应用提供了借鉴意义。

In recent years,with the continuous development of housing industrialization and the continuous improvement of the prefabricated building system,this paper explores the design and application of concrete modular building system against the background of an 8-storey welfare service complex in Hong Kong,aiming at the connection between concrete modules and the connection between concrete modules and frame beams and shear walls,a new connection structure is proposed to realize the reliable connection between concrete modules,it provides a reference for the popularization and application of modular architecture.
