摘要
为制定国内某试验场耐久性规范,以已经生效的国外试验场规范作为目标,依据线性损伤累积理论得出两试验场的损伤,采用等相对损伤关联法建立试验场间损伤等效模型。利用多目标遗传算法求解,合理设置约束条件,求解并挑选出损伤拟合度最好情况下的各路况循环次数。从损伤、幅值域、频域方面验证解的有效度,最终制定该试验场耐久性规范,其总里程为4000 km,测试时间为目标规范的20%。试验结果证明,新规范下的汽车试验,能有效凸显汽车故障成分,缩短整车开发周期。
The durability test specifications of an effective foreign proving ground were used to formulate the specifications of a domestic proving ground.The linear damage accumulation theory was applied to the two proving grounds to calculate the damage.The equal relative damage correlation model was established with reasonable constraints and solved by using the multi-objective genetic algorithm.The optimal solutions under different road conditions were selected according to the best fit to the damage.The solution was verified in terms of damage in both time and frequency domain.Finally,the durability criteria of the proving ground was formulated.The total mileage was 4000 kilometers,and the test time was 20%of the target specification.The results show that the vehicle test under the new specifications can effectively highlight the fault components of the vehicle and shorten the development cycle of the whole vehicle.
