我国草资源利用与草产业发展问题研究

在山水林田湖草生态系统中,草的作用不可小觑,发展草产业是把绿水青山转化为金山银山的落地之作,加快草资源利用及草产业发展意义重大。近年来,我国草原植被覆盖率整体上升、草原生态治理成效显著,草业总产量稳中有增、草原载畜量波动上升。但与此同时,草资源保护不力、草地利用不平衡、草产业规模化水平较低、草产品进口依赖度较高等问题依然突出。因此,必须加强草资源的保护和利用,大力发展草产业,创造经济与生态和谐发展新亮点,跳出“养得起牛,种不起草”的魔咒。

In the ecosystem of mountain,water,forest,field,lake and grass,the function of grass must be highlighted.The development of grass industry is to turn green water and green mountains into gold and silver mountains.Accelerating the utilization of grass resources and the development of grass industry is of great significance.In recent years,China's grassland vegetation coverage has increased as a whole and grassland ecological management has achieved remarkable results.Notable achievements have been made in the grass industry,including steady increases in grass production and fluctuations in grassland livestock capacity.However,problems remain prominent,such as inadequate protection of grass resources,unbalanced grassland utilization,low scale of grass industry,and high dependence on imported grass products.Therefore,we should strengthen the protection and utilization of grass resources,vigorously develop grass industry,create a new bright spot of harmonious development between economy and ecology,and get rid of the curse that we can afford to raise cattle but do not have a draft for planting.
