摘要
量子思维倡导以整体性、辩证性、非线性的思维方法分析处理问题,是最有力量替代旧的思维体系、契合于平台型组织建设的底层思维机制。本文在概括量子思维基本内涵的基础上,以海尔为案例研究对象,基于“思维预设”“基础条件”“触发因素”“动力机制”“演化规律”的脉络框架,从“不确定性常态化”“协作网络构建”“人的价值最大化”“价值实现”“自我颠覆”5个方面分析概括了海尔平台型组织建设的核心理念,归纳提炼出平台建设的实践策略。基于以上研究,提出了培养量子世界观、塑造生命共同体、确立员工主导地位、整合转化平台角色、持续创新的平台化建设相关对策建议。
Quantum thinking advocates a holistic,dialectical and non-linear thinking ways to analyze and deal with problems,which is the most powerful underlying thinking mechanism to replace the old thinking system and fit into the construction of platform organizations.On the basis of summarizing the basic connotation of quantum thinking,taking Haier as the case study object,and following the context framework of"thinking presupposition","basic conditions","trigger factor","dynamic mechanism"and"evolution law",this paper analyzes and summarizes the core concepts of Haier's platform organization construction from five aspects of"uncertainty normalization","collaborative network construction","human value maximization","value realization"and"self-subversion",and summarizes the practical strategies of its platform construction.Based on the above research,this paper finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the platform construction,such as cultivating the quantum world outlook,shaping the life community,establishing the dominant position of employees,integrating and transforming platform roles,and continuously innovating the platform construction.
