大学生创新创业支持平台建设

随着大众创新、万众创业战略的推出,大学生群体成为“双创”的生力军。为进一步支持大学生创新创业,应以高质量发展为导向,统筹建立集校企协同平台、人才培养平台、融资平台、服务平台于一体的系统性、社会化创新创业支持体系。高度重视创新创业项目与企业对接不畅、创新创业教育体系不完善、创新创业融资难、创新创业服务体系不健全等问题。应采取建设高质量大学生创新创业产业园、加强复合型人才的培养力度、拓宽融资渠道、完善创新创业服务体系等措施,精准高效助力大学生创新创业。

With the introduction of mass entrepreneurship and innovation strategy,college students have become a new force of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.In order to further support the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students,we should take the high quality development as the guide and establish a systematic and socialized innovation and entrepreneurship support system which integrates the cooperation platform of school and enterprise,the talent training platform,the financing platform and the service platform,attach great importance to the problems of poor docking between innovative entrepreneurial projects and enterprises,imperfect education system of innovative entrepreneurship,difficult financing of innovative entrepreneurship,and imperfect service system of innovative entrepreneurship,and take measures such as building a high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship high-tech business incubator for university students,strengthening the training of compound talents,broadening financing channels,and improving the innovation and entrepreneurship service system,so as to accurately and efficiently help college students to innovate and start businesses.
