中国制造业上市公司空间扩张特征、模式及其影响因素

企业空间扩张对企业转型升级、产业空间重构以及区域协同发展具有重要意义。本文基于中国制造业上市公司微观数据,探究上市公司空间的扩张特征、模式及影响因素。研究发现:制造业上市公司母、子公司空间分布不均,具有显著的空间相关性;母、子公司地理联系密切,冷热点耦合程度较高;接触扩散、等级扩散以及二者结合是上市公司空间扩散的主要模式,且以多元化方式为主;地理距离与子公司区位选择负相关,经济距离和产业距离及子公司区位选择正相关;在分行业样本下,多维距离对子公司区位选择的影响具有稳健性。据此,提出加快交通基础设施互联互通、深化产业区域分工、突出港口区位优势以及提升信息化水平等建议。

Spatial expansion of enterprises is of great significance to enterprise transformation and upgrading,industrial space reconstruction and regional coordinated development.Based on the micro-data of listed manufacturing companies in China,this paper explores the spatial expansion characteristics,patterns and influencing factors of listed manufacturing companies in China.The main conclusions are as follows:the spatial distribution of parent and subsidiary companies in manufacturing industry is uneven,which has significant spatial correlation;parent and subsidiary companies are closely related geographically,and the coupling degree of hot and cold spots is high;contagious diffusion,hierarchical diffusion and the combination are the main modes of spatial diffusion of listed companies,which is dominated by the pluralistic mode;the relationship between geographical distance and location selection of subsidiaries is negative,while economic distance and industrial distance are positively related to the location selection of subsidiaries;under the sample of sub-industry,the influence of multidimensional distance on the location selection of subsidiary is robust.Based on the research results,the paper finally puts forward some suggestions such as accelerating the connectivity of transportation infrastructure,deepening the regional division of industry,highlighting the port location advantages and improving the level of informatization.
