红细胞微粒及其生物学性质的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 微粒(microparticles,MPs)是由不同类型的细胞如白细胞、单核细胞、血小板及红细胞等释放的一种直径小于1μm的浆膜囊泡。长期以来,人们一直认为红细胞微粒是没有任何生物学作用的细胞碎片。随着对其研究的深入,尽管其功能尚未完全阐述清楚,但已有越来越多的证据表明RMPs具有广泛的生物学性质如清除物质、信息传递、炎症及凝血等。并且发现在许多如镰状细胞病、急性移植物抗宿主病以及输血相关性急性肺损伤等疾病中,红细胞微粒的数量显著增加。本文通过分析近年来红细胞微粒研究的相关文献,从现阶段的研究成果及目前存在的问题等方面,对红细胞微粒及其生物学性质的研究进展作一综述。
