摘要 目的:探究AMH水平预测PCOS患者行辅助生殖技术超促排卵的临床价值。方法:病例选取时间2018年4月至2019年5月,共选取本科室64例PCOS患者进行此次研究,按照是否妊娠分为研究组(妊娠32例)与对比组(未妊娠32例),所有患者均进行辅助生殖技术超促排卵治疗,分析两组的卵泡液与血清AMH水平、取卵日子宫内膜厚度和优质胚胎比率数据。结果:研究组卵泡液与血清AMH水平以及优质胚胎比率均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);取卵日子宫内膜厚度两组对比没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:PCOS患者行辅助生殖技术超促排卵,卵泡液与血清AMH水平以及优质胚胎比率均较高,取卵日子宫内膜厚度未妊娠患者略高,可在临床中依据需求运用。 Objective:To explore the clinical value of AMH level in predicting superovulation induction in PCOS patients with assisted reproductive technology.Methods:Case selection time:From April 2018 to May 2019,64 PCOS patients in the undergraduate course room were selected for this study.According to whether they were pregnant,they were divided into research group(32 cases of pregnancy)and control group(32 cases of pregnancy),all patients were in assisted reproductive technology over stimulate ovulation treatment,and analyzed the follicular fluid and serum AMH level,endometrial thickness on the day of egg retrieval,and the ratio of high-quality embryos.Results:The follicular fluid and serum AMH levels and the ratio of high-quality embryos in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups on the day of egg retrieval(P>0.05).Conclusion:PCOS patients undergo assisted reproductive technology for ovulation induction,the levels of follicular fluid and serum AMH as well as the ratio of high-quality embryos are higher,and the endometrial thickness is slightly higher in non-pregnant patients on the day of egg retrieval,which can be applied in clinical practice according to the needs.
