阿奇霉素联合妇科千金胶囊对慢性宫颈炎的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with Fuke Qianjin capsule on chronic cervicitis

目的:探讨阿奇霉素与妇科千金胶囊联用对慢性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法:选取40例慢性宫颈炎患者,随机分为两组。对照组单用阿奇霉素,观察组联用妇科千金胶囊。结果:观察组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组慢性宫颈炎血清IL-6、hs-CRP、IL-1和TNF-α水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素与妇科千金胶囊联用对于慢性宫颈炎的临床效果明显优于单用阿奇霉素。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with Fuke Qianjin capsule on chronic cervicitis.Methods:Forty patients with chronic cervicitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Azithromycin alone was used in the control group,azithromycin and Fuke Qianjin capsules were used in the observation group.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,hs-CRP,IL-1 and TNF-αin the two groups of chronic cervicitis were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of azithromycin combined with Fuke Qianjin capsule on chronic cervicitis is significantly better than azithromycin alone.
