一清软胶囊与头孢克洛缓释片联合治疗慢性咽炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Yiqing soft capsule combined with cefaclor sustained release tablets in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis

目的:探究分析一清软胶囊与头孢克洛缓释片联合治疗慢性咽炎的临床效果。方法:从2018年8月至2019年8月因慢性咽炎于本院就诊的患者中抽选50例纳为研究对象,并依据电脑数字表法将其分为联合组(25例,予以一清软胶囊+头孢克洛缓释片治疗)与头孢组(25例,予以头孢克洛缓释片治疗)。分析两组患者的血清免疫球蛋白(IgE)、血清(白介素-4)IL-4及唾液分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)水平,同时观察其临床疗效。结果:用药后,联合组患者的血清IgE、IL-4水平均较头孢组低;唾液SIgA水平则较头孢组高;此外,联合组患者的治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于头孢组(72.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性咽炎中应用一清软胶囊、头孢克洛缓释片联合治疗方案可有效抑制患者血清IgE、IL-4的分泌,提高唾液SIgA水平,增强治疗效果。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Yiqing soft capsule combined with cefaclor sustained-release tablets in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods:From August 2018 to August 2019,50 patients with chronic pharyngitis in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into combination group(25 cases,given Yiqing soft capsule+cefaclor sustained-release tablets)and cephalosporin group(25 cases,given cefaclor sustained-release tablets).The levels of serum immunoglobulin(IGE),serum(IL-4)IL-4 and salivary secretory immunoglobulin A(sIgA)in the two groups were analyzed,and the clinical efficacy was observed.Results:After treatment,the serum IgE and IL-4 levels of the combined group were lower than those of the cephalosporin group;the salivary SIgA level of the combined group was higher than that of the cephalosporin group;in addition,the total effective rate of the combined group(96.00%)was higher than that of the cephalosporin group(72.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:In chronic pharyngitis,Yiqing soft capsule combined with cefaclor sustained-release tablets can effectively inhibit the secretion of serum IgE and IL-4,improve the salivary SIgA level and enhance the therapeutic effect.
