CT增强扫描注射碘对比剂的临床观察与急救护理

Clinical observation and emergency nursing of injecting iodine contrast agent on enhanced CT

目的:分析CT增强扫描注射碘对比剂的不良反应情况与急救护理措施。方法:对2017年2月至2020年2月在本院接受CT增强扫描时出现碘对比剂不良反应的42例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察碘对比剂注射期间不良反应发生情况、急救处理流程及护理方法。结果:在42例患者中,25例患者出现轻度恶心及心慌,12例患者出现前驱症状,4例患者出现喉头水肿,1例患者出现过敏性休克,所有患者严格按照碘对比剂过敏反应急救流程抢救并实施相应的护理干预后获得成功,未出现相关并发症及死亡病例。结论:患者接受CT增强扫描注射碘对比剂时应严密观察其不良反应发生情况,一旦出现异常应及时实施急救处理流程及护理,保证患者的生命安全。

Objective:To analyze the adverse reactions and emergency nursing measures of iodine contrast agent injection in enhanced CT scan.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 42 patients with adverse reactions of iodine contrast media during enhanced CT scan in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 was carried out to observe the occurrence of adverse reactions,emergency treatment procedures and care methods.Results:Among the 42 cases,25 cases had mild nausea and palpitation,12 cases had prodromal symptoms,4 cases had laryngeal edema,and 1 case had anaphylactic shock.All patients were rescued in strict accordance with the emergency procedures and implemented corresponding nursing interventions and were successful without any related complications or deaths.Conclusion:When patients undergoing enhanced CT scanning and injecting iodine contrast agent,the occurrence of adverse reactions should be closely observed.Once abnormalities occur,emergency treatment procedures and nursing care should be implemented in time.
