程序化和谐门诊护理在体检人群优质护理服务中的应用

Application of programmed and harmonious outpatient nursing in high quality nursing service for physical examination population

目的:探讨分析在体检人群优质护理服务中使用程序化和谐护理的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月在本院进行体检的5340例体检者,用数字法进行随机的抽取,各抽2670例,设为研究组和对照组。研究组用程序化和谐护理,对照组用常规护理,分析两组的护理服务质量以及护理满意度。结果:研究组护理服务质量高于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:在体检人群优质护理服务中使用程序化和谐护理,可以提高护理服务质量,提高护理满意度,改善医患关系,提升医院形象。

Objective:To explore and analyze the influence of using procedural harmonious nursing in quality nursing service of physical examination population.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,5340 cases of physical examination in our hospital were randomly selected by numerical method.2670 cases were selected for each group,which were set as the study group and the control group.The study group used the program harmonious nursing,the control group used the routine nursing.The nursing service quality and nursing satisfaction were analyzed between the two groups.Results:The nursing service quality of the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Procedural harmonious nursing can improve nursing service quality and nursing satisfaction,improve doctor-patient relationship and promote good image of hospital.
