肝脏增强CT技术与肝脏MRI技术诊断肝癌的准确率对比分析

Comparative analysis of the accuracy of liver enhanced CT and liver MRI in the diagnosis of liver cancer

目的:对比在诊断肝癌中肝脏MRI技术和肝脏增强CT技术的准确率。方法:选取本院2018年12月至2019年8月收治的病理诊断为肝癌的患者共计43例,分别对其给予肝脏增强CT技术和肝脏MRI技术诊断,比较两种诊断方式诊断后的准确率。结果:肝脏MRI检查技术诊断肝癌疾病的准确率为88.37%、增强CT技术准确率为69.77%,肝脏MRI检查技术诊断肝癌疾病的准确率高于增强CT技术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在诊断肝癌中,相较于肝脏增强CT技术,肝脏MRI技术的准确率更高。

Objective:To compare the accuracy of liver MRI and enhanced CT in the diagnosis of liver cancer.Methods:A total of 43 patients with liver cancer pathologically diagnosed in our hospital from December 2018 to August 2019 were selected,and the liver enhanced CT technology and liver MRI technology were respectively applied for diagnosis.The accuracy rates of the two diagnostic methods were compared.Results:The accuracy rate of liver MRI examination technology in diagnosing liver cancer diseases was 88.37%,and that of enhanced CT was 69.77%.The accuracy rate of MRI examination technology was higher than that of enhanced CT technology(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of liver cancer,the accuracy of liver MRI technology is higher than that of liver enhanced CT technology.
