混合路权下有轨电车的交通组织与安全设计

摘要 在混合路权下,由于有轨电车与行人混行以及与机动车共享路权等特点,特别是小转弯半径较多、地下结构柱网较多的线路,使其对有轨电车的安全运行提出比专有路权下运行更高的要求。提出了有轨电车通行区域标志系统、行人过街安全系统、车站乘客组织系统、交叉口有轨电车安全系统、视距盲区警示系统等5大安全设计系统,用以保障混合路权下有轨电车运行的安全性和有序性。 Since tramcar operation is mixed with pedestrian walk and intersected with motor vehicles,all sharing the mixed right of way,higher requirements for tramcar operation safety are put forward compared with the operation under exclusive right of way,especially for lines with more small turning radius and more column networks of underground structure.In this study,five systems are proposed,including the tramcar passing area identification system,pedestrian crossing safety system,station passenger organization system,intersection tram safety system and blind area warning system,in order to ensure the tramcar operation safety and order under mixed right of way.
