摘要
有轨电车是具有道路交通和轨道交通双重特性的集合体,在大部分情况下与道路共同敷设,这也带来了从设计、施工到运营很多方面的问题。总结了有轨电车在“点”、“线”、“面”三个层次上对道路交通系统带来的影响,提出了加快有轨电车设计标准的制定、加强有轨电车全寿命周期管理、利用信息化实现有轨电车智能交通系统等应对措施。从规划设计层面对有轨电车如何与步行系统、非机动车系统、机动车系统进行衔接展开分析和论述。
Tramcar is a combination of road traffic and rail transportation,and in most cases,track and road are laid together,which brings many problems in design,construction and operation.Through summarizing the contradictions between tramcar and road traffic system from three levels of point,line and surface,corresponding countermeasures are proposed to speed up the formulation of tramcar design standards,strengthen the tramcar life circle management and use information to realize the intelligent tramcar transportation system.Finally,the connections between tramcar with pedestrian system,non-motor vehicle system and motor vehicle system are analyzed.
