摘要
以数据科学为背景,透视图书情报视角下的数据信息领域新问题,包括面向政府决策服务的数据能力培养、信息流行病与健康信息学、基于Altmetrics的网络科学论文扩散追踪、向知识迈进的用户画像、社交媒体信息归档等,反映数据信息研究领域的新发展和新动向。
Under the background of data science,an exploration of the new issues of data and information studies from the perspective of library,information and archives science was conducted,including data capability development targeting to the government decision-making service,infodemic and health informatics,tracking the dissemination of online scientific papers based on Altmetrics,users'profile driven by data and knowledge,and social media information archiving.It is a reflection of the new development and trends in data and information studies.
