高校专业课教师在课程思政中的角色缺位探析

On Role Absence of College Specialized Course Teachers in Ideological and Political Education

高校专业课教师在课程思政中承担着极为重要的角色。但在目前的课程思政推进过程中,高校专业课教师自身存在课程思政的角色认知、角色知识、角色能力缺位以及高校组织缺位、制度缺位问题。提高认知,角色认同到位;提升素质,角色能力到位;建立制度,角色规范到位是解决课程思政中专业课教师角色缺位的重要策略。

Teachers of specialized courses in colleges and universities play an important role in ideological and political education.However, in current process of promoting ideological and political education in courses, there exist problems in college specialized course teachers-lack of role cognition, role knowledge and role competence, as well as in college itself-deficiencies of organizations and institutions. Improving cognition, enhancing qualities and establishing effective systems are important strategies to solve these problems.
